"Les Suites d'Aliénor" (hereinafter "the Company") offers a range of services relating to short-term accommodation rentals between individuals or companies / individuals. The site www.lessuitesdalienor.com offers its user free access to information on the Internet. These General Conditions apply to all furnished accommodation managed by the Company. Contractual information is presented in French, English and Spanish. They will be confirmed at the time of online purchase. The validation by the customer of his reservation is fully and without reservation acceptance of these General Conditions. The data recorded by the Les Suites d'Aliénor site constitutes proof of all transactions made with its customers. The data recorded by the payment system constitutes proof of financial transactions. Accepting cookies may be essential for any payment on our site.

1. Price : The Company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. All stays are billed based on the rates in effect at the time of booking. The prices are inclusive of all taxes and are expressed in Euros. They are understood by accommodation and by night. They do not include additional services. Our service offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site or displayed in the accommodation. Any request, whatever its origin, is payable in Euros. Pursuant to paragraph 19 of the Small Business Law, we do not collect and display VAT.

2. Tourist tax: The tourist tax is included in the basic rates and calculated according to the number of people and nights. Its amount is set by the municipality which has assigned Les Suites d'Aliénor to collect it from customers and pay it back.

3. Reservation and payment : Online payment is secure. Payment is made by bank cards directly on our site with CB, Visa, Mastercard or Paypal. Prepaid cards, rechargeable or not, are refused. If the customer wishes to make the payment for his stay by another means of payment (check, transfer, cash or other bank card) he must inform Les Suites d'Aliénor directly so that other conditions can be agreed. The information of these elements can be done by email, by phone or directly upon arrival of the traveler (in case the arrival time is compatible with our opening hours: until 22h). When booking online, the customer pays the full amount of their stay. No reservation will be effective until full payment has been received. the customer will receive an email confirming his reservation as well as the information necessary to access the duly designated accommodation. A reservation of two nights minimum and one month maximum is required by Les Suites d'Aliénor. The Company reserves the right not to hand over the keys to the client's accommodation without paying for the entire reservation.

4. Security Guarantee : We guarantee complete reliability of transactions when booking on our site, thanks to the secure server with the SSL encryption system used (Secure Sockets Layer). This encryption system is the most widely used on the Internet to protect the transmission of information between a client and a server. It allows secure transfer of online bank details. It is compatible with the latest versions of all browsers on the market. The SSL software encrypts all bank details when they are entered. During their single transfer via the Internet, it is then impossible to read them. In this case, we do not have access to the customer's bank details.

5. Modifications of essential elements of the reservation :

5.1 By Les Suites d'Aliénor : If the Company is forced at the start of the rental to modify essential elements of a reservation, it must immediately inform the client. The Company may cancel the reservation without penalty and immediately reimburse the amounts paid. If the customer accepts the modification proposed by the Company, an email will be sent to him specifying the modifications made. All price reductions would be deducted from the sums remaining due by the customer. If the payment already made by the latter exceeds the price of the modified service, the surplus must be returned to him before the date of his departure.

5.2 By the customer : If the customer wishes to modify his reservation, once it is confirmed, we will do our best to satisfy it. In the event that this proves to be impossible, the customer may request the cancellation of the original reservation which will be subject to the cancellation conditions set out in paragraph 6. In the event of illegal or harmful activities for the neighborhood (lack of hygiene , noise, aggressiveness ...) would be noted, the Company reserves the right to cancel the stay. In this specific case, no reimbursement of the sums paid will be made by Les Suites d'Aliénor. Any appeal must then be brought before the competent court (art 15). In case of physical resistance, the call to the police will be considered.

6. Cancellation conditions : Aliénor's Suites reserve the right to cancel any reservation by a client with whom there is a payment dispute, previous occupation dispute, a doubt as to their solvency or to exercise a illegal activity in the accommodation without the latter being able to claim any compensation whatsoever. Any cancellation must be notified by email. In the event of cancellation, a full refund within 48 hours of notification of cancellation up to 7 days before the arrival of the traveler will be made by the Company. The customer can cancel 48 hours before arrival and receive a 50% refund of the reservation. No refund will be made 24 hours before the client's arrival, but a postponement of the stay may be considered depending on the availability in the reservation calendar.

7. Access to accommodation : An arrival procedure will be sent to the customer by email (or SMS) upon confirmation of the reservation on the online payment site. The apartments are available to the client with access codes or Vigick from 5 p.m. on the first day of the stay. The traveler must indicate the day before, the time of his arrival so that we can welcome him personally. On the day of departure, the accommodation must be vacated by 10 a.m. at the latest. In the case of an instant online reservation, a period of 20 minutes will be necessary to allow reception under the best conditions. Under no circumstances may the customer avail themselves of the right to remain in the accommodation after the end of their stay.

8. Guarantee / Deposit : A deposit of 300 Euros will be requested upon arrival of the customer. This deposit will be returned either at the time of the customer's departure inventory or at the latest within 48 hours. This period will allow the Company to note any damage, breakage or disappearance of objects, damage or soiling requiring repair work in the event (if no inventory was possible on departure of the traveler). If necessary, we will repair, replace damaged, broken or missing items in the accommodation. The amount withheld from the deposit will be supported by an invoice or any other document. The customer is held responsible for the duration of his stay for any broken, damaged object and damage caused to the installations.

9. Inventory / inventory : The furnished accommodation is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, bedding, linens and household appliances. It is forbidden to use beds without sheets. the customer must report any anomalies and basic failures upon arrival (telephone call, SMS, email). The customer must in his interest, check on arrival, the inventory and the proper functioning of household and sanitary appliances. Otherwise, the accommodation will be deemed to be in good condition and the inventory conforms to reality.

10. Accommodation : All our accommodation complies with French security standards and is regularly checked. They are equipped for tourist stays or short stays. The description clearly specifies the maximum number of beds in each apartment. The accommodation may in no case be occupied by a number greater than that indicated on the site.

11. Liability : The suites of Aliénor cannot be held liable in the event of damage or theft of personal effects in the accommodation. The Company cannot be held responsible for fortuitous events of force majeure or nuisance which disturb or interrupt the stay. Minors under 18 are under the sole and complete responsibility of their parents for the duration of their stay. Customers are prohibited from opening the areas indicated as being reserved for the company.

12. Complaint : Any possible complaint during the stay must be reported immediately to the Company in order to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. The customer cannot claim any compensation in the event of urgent repairs to be carried out during his stay inside the accommodation.

13. Additional information : Small pets are accepted, on the express condition that no nuisance due to their presence is observed. In the event of a problem, the Company reserves the right to refuse access to it. The provision of internet is free via a WIFI connection present in all accommodation. The traveler is responsible for the use of the internet during his stay in accordance with HADOPI law.

14. Photos : Our plans and photos are not contractual.

15. Jurisdiction : The parties attribute jurisdiction to the Tribunal de Grande Instance de Bordeaux

16. Intellectual property : The Lesuitesdalienor.com website is subject to the principle of copyright protection, set out in article L.111-1 of the Intellectual Property Code. It is the exclusive property of Les Suites d'Aliénor. All of its content (texts, scripts, images, logos, icons, etc.) is therefore protected. No copy, reproduction, distribution, modification, transmission (by download, email, or any other communication medium) even partial (other than that provided for in article L 122-5 of the CPI) of this content can be made without the express authorization from the Company. The internet user who browses our site undertakes not to disrupt its proper functioning by malicious acts against the site or the publisher (identity theft, address or manipulation of electronic identifiers).
